Our Staff
Parents say that what makes us so special is our genuine care and attention to the children and their families.. Staffing is very important to us as such we are very meticulous as to who works here at Happi Feet Nursery.
Our Nursery is staffed by well-qualified and experienced Early Years professionals who work together as a team to develop high quality provision which meets children’s needs for combined care and education.
We have adequate members of staff including a cleaner, and a chef.
The majority of our staff members, including the Nursery Manager, hold appropriate early years qualifications, with most qualified to at least Level 2. We also employ staff who are currently working towards a recognised qualification. All Nursery staff are easily identifiable by the Nursery uniform they wear.
Our staff ratio is high with an average of 1:3 in the baby room, 1:4 in the toddler room and 1:8 throughout the rest of the Nursery, in line with OFSTED requirements.
The Nursery team is chosen for their ability to provide top quality care and dedication to each child. The nursery carries out their recruitment and selection process to a high standard. All staff undergo full background checks. Suitability checks include DBS checks, references, evidence of qualifications and experience.
